摘要
为改变现如今中国化工领域技术人才与社会需求不匹配的现象。本文基于新工科理念提出了一种基于学生主观能动性的多层次、互助型教学模式。以中国石油大学化学工程专业2016级两个班级为例,就此教学模式的教学效果进行对比分析。结果证明此教学模式的可行性,其在办学理念、教学方式上的改革对我国传统教育尤其是化学工程领域的发展具有指导意义。
In order to change the phenomenon that the technical talents in Chinese chemical engineering field do not match the social needs,based on the concept of new engineering,a multi-level,mutual-assisted teaching model based on students subjective initiative was proposed.Taking the two classes of the 2016 chemical engineering major of China University of Petroleum as an example,the teaching effect of this teaching mode was compared and analyzed.The result proved the feasibility of this teaching mode,and its reform in the concept of running a school and teaching methods had guiding significance for the development of traditional education in China,especially in the field of chemical engineering.
