化工类高职学生素质教育课程建设与实践研究

Construction and Practice of Quality Education Course for Higher Vocational Students in Chemical Industry

在当前的教育形势下,化工企业异常关注从业人员的素质教育,尤其是高职学生。为了满足企业的用人需求,实现学校学习和企业实际工作的无缝对接,很多企业和学校签订了订单式培养计划,也就是学校需要按照校企协商的人才培养方案实施教学,并把素质教育纳入人才培养方案融入课程体系,基于此,文章以本校的一个化工订单班为载体研究了基于订单培养的高职院校学生素质教育课程建设与实践,希望能起到一定的借鉴作用。

Under the current educational situation,chemical enterprises pay great attention to the quality education of employees,especially higher vocational students.In order to meet the needs of enterprises and realize the seamless connection between school study and the actual work of enterprises,many chemical enterprises and schools have signed order-type training plans,which is,schools need to carry out teaching according to the talent training plan negotiated by schools and enterprises,and integrate quality education into the curriculum system.The construction and practice of quality education courses for students in higher vocational colleges were studied based on order training with a chemical order class,so as to share the experience of the course construction,and hope to play a certain reference role.
