摘要
近年来由频繁突发事件导致的道路网络大面积失效,充分暴露了路网的脆弱性。识别路网脆弱性,提升对突发事件的交通应急与处置能力,是保障城市交通安全管理的重要途径。研究以武汉市主城区为例,基于手机信令数据,评估路网弱性及其空间分布,并提出改善策略。基于手机信令的出行起讫点(0D)数据,构建交通网络模型,分配路网流量;采用Matldb软件测算各网格单元内路段失效对整体路网运作效率的影响,以识别路网中的关键脆弱区域;根据路网脆弱的空间特征规律,提出面向交通安全的优化策略。研究提供的方法能够克服传统路网脆弱性评估的数据不充分和模型实现繁复问题,可便捷地为城市规划视角下的路网脆弱性与交通安全研究提供技术支撑。
In recent years,the large-scale failure of the road network caused by frequent emergencies has fully exposed the vulnerability of transportation road network.Identifying the vulnerability of road network and improving the ability to deal with emergency traffic is an important way to ensure the level of urban traffic safety management.Taking the main urban area of Wuhan as a case study,this study develops the road network vulnerability assessment and adapting strategies based on cell phone data.Based on the mobile phone origination-destination(OD)data,we construct the actual traffic network model and assign traffic flow to road links.The vulnerable areas in the road network is measured by the quantifying impact of the failure of links within the area on the overall road network operation efficiency using Matlab.According to the vulnerability characteristics of the road network,optimizing and adapting strategies are proposed.The method provided in this study can overcome the insufficient data of traditional road network vulnerability assessment and the complicated problem of model implementation.It can conveniently provide technical support for road network vulnerability and traffic safety research from the perspective of urban planning.
