“零伤亡愿景”视角下的安全城市导向规划设计

Safe City-Oriented Planning and Design from the Perspective of"Vision Zero"

随着城市化建设进程的不断发展,城市安全在保障居民生活质量和城市正常运转方面起着重大的作用。然而,我国的一线城市在安全方面的排名却不尽人意。文章介绍了“零伤亡愿景”的理念,从市中心的速度控制、道路空间再分配、交通安宁和以人为本的交叉□设计等角度,分析不同国家和城市的优秀案例,对提升交通安全的措施进行梳理分析。最后,指出了我国城市在精细化管理方面存在的一些误区,并提出了改进措施和建议。

With the development of urbanization,urban safety plays an important role m guaranteeing residents'quality of life and normal operation of the city.However,the safety ranking of first-tier cities in China is not high.In this paper,the concept of"Vision Zero"is introduced,the excellent cases of different countries and cities are analyzed from the perspective of downtown speed control,road space redistribution,traffic calming and human-oriented intersection design,then the measures of improving urban traffic safety are analyzed.Finally,some misunderstandings of Chinese cities in delicacy management have been pointed out,and the improvement measures and suggestions have been put forward.
