合并症指数对急性肺栓塞患者30 d病死率的预测价值 被引量:1

摘要 急性肺栓塞(acute pulmonary embolism,APE)是急诊常见的危急重症之一,发病率高,是心血管疾病中继急性心肌梗死和脑卒中后的第三大常见死亡原因[1-4]。基于美国对国内住院患者数据的回顾性研究显示,肺栓塞入院人数从1993年的近6万人(23/10万人)增加到2012年的20.2万人(65/10万人),且每年有6万至10万人死于肺栓塞[1,5]。Charlson合并症指数(Charlson comorbidity index,CCI)以及年龄调整的Charlson合并症指数(age-adjusted Charlson comorbidity index,ACCI)相对全面地反映了患者的伴随疾病状况,与多种疾病的预后密切相关,且CCI已经在国内外用于APE预测模型[2,6-8],但目前尚未见ACCI预测APE短期病死率的报道。为进一步判断CCI及ACCI对于预测APE患者30 d全因病死率的临床价值,本研究对自贡市第四人民医院APE患者进行回顾性病例对照研究,现报道如下。
