船舶低频率噪声对珍珠龙胆石斑鱼血液生化指标的影响

摘要 通过提取船舶噪声的主要低频参数并在实验室条件下进行模拟,研究了船舶的低频率噪声对养殖珍珠龙胆石斑鱼成鱼血液中血糖、皮质醇、乳酸、肾上腺素、甲状腺素、促肾上腺皮质激素、5-羟色胺分泌量的影响。结果表明,低频噪声刺激珍珠龙胆石斑鱼后,7种血液生化指标的含量除了甲状腺素外均呈现不同程度的变化,上升的有血糖、皮质醇、肾上腺素、促肾上腺皮质激素和5-羟色胺,下降的有乳酸和儿茶酚胺,并且在特定指标中存在与刺激声音频率或声强变化趋势相一致的现象,其中皮质醇和肾上腺素的含量与低频刺激声音的声强呈正相关,乳酸的含量与低频刺激声音的频率和声强呈负相关。本研究所获得的实验结果对于研究低频率噪声对船载养殖模式下石斑鱼的动物福利具有重要意义,不仅是评估船载噪声关键参数对石斑鱼血液生化指标影响的直接实验数据,而且也能为船载养殖环境的优化提供间接参考。 By extracting the main low-frequency parameters of ship noise and simulating them under laboratory conditions,the effectsof low frequency ship noise on the secretion of blood glucose,cortisol,lactate,epinephrine,thyroxine,adrenocorticotropic hormone,5-hydroxytryptaminein into the plasm of ZhenzhuLongdan grouper were studied.The results showed that after the low-frequency noise stimulation,the contents of theseven blood biochemical indexes showed different degrees of changes except thyroxine.The ascendant indexes includedthe contents of blood glucose,cortisol,epinephrine,adrenocorticotropic hormone and 5-hydroxytryptamine while that of lactate decreased.In addition,there was a consistency between thechange of the specific indexes and the trend of stimulation sound frequency or sound intensity.The contents of cortisol,epinephrine and 5-hydroxytryptamine were positively correlated with the sound intensity of low frequency sound stimulation.The contents of lactose and catecholamines were negatively correlated with the frequency and intensity of the low frequency sound stimulation.The experimental results obtained in this study will play a significant role in studying the welfare of grouper in the environment filled with low frequency noise under the ship cultured mode.These findings will be the direct experimental data to evaluate the influence of the key parameters of ship noise on the blood biochemical indicators of grouper.They will provide an indirect reference for optimizatingaquaculture enviroment of tanks on ships.
