乡村振兴战略背景下现代渔业发展优势、问题及政策分析——以浙江省湖州市南浔区渔业发展为例

Analysis of Advantages,Problems and Policies of Modern Fishery Development in the Context of Rural Revitalization Strategy--Take Nanxun district,Huzhou,Zhejiang Province as an Example

现阶段,我国渔业正处在传统渔业向现代渔业的跨越阶段,处于实现渔业现代化的关键时期,乡村振兴战略的实施对我国渔业转型升级提出了新要求、新方向。南浔区通过探索高效生态养殖模式,转变传统产业经营方式,实现了产业功能拓展与产业链延伸。面对产业振兴的良好发展机遇,如何形成一条科技与生态并重、质量与效益并具的可持续、可推广的渔业发展模式成为实现渔业现代化的关键。本文通过对南浔区养殖业发展现状进行分析,从生态养殖、智慧渔业、渔业服务体系、产业新动能等方面深入探讨南浔区现代渔业发展现状和产业趋势,指出其中存在的问题,并提出政策建议,为促进现代渔业可持续发展提供决策依据。

At present China’s fishery is in a critical period of realizing fishery modernization,that is,the leapfrog stage from traditional fishery to modern fishery.The implementation of rural revitalization strategy puts forward new requirements and directions for transformation and upgrading.Through exploring the efficient ecological raising mode,Nanxun district has transformed the traditional industrial management mode and then realized the expansion of industrial function and the extension of industrial chain.Facing such a good development opportunity of industrial revitalization,how to form a sustainable and extendable fishery development mode,which pays equal attention to technology and ecology as well as possessing both quality and benefit,is the key to realize fishery modernization.According to analysis of Nanxun aquaculture development current situation,this paper deeply probes into Nanxun modern fishery development status and industry trends from the aspects of ecological aquaculture,intelligent fishery,fishery service system and new industry momentum.We points out the existing problems,and puts forward policy suggestions and decision-making basis for promoting the sustainable development of modern fishery.
