摘要
代谢重编程使肿瘤细胞在正常含氧量的条件下仍选择以糖酵解作为能量来源的主要方式,在这个过程中产生了大量的乳酸。乳酸不再被视为自发酵的废物,它作为重要的信号分子影响周围细胞的生物学特性。乳酸也可以作为"替代燃料"在癌细胞与癌旁细胞间建立代谢偶联以维持肿瘤生长,同时乳酸能够通过调节肿瘤的发生发展来增加肿瘤的恶性程度。本文概述了乳酸与各种肿瘤生物学效应之间的关系。
Metabolic reprogramming allows cancer cells to select glycolysis as the main source of energy under normoxic conditions.This process produces a large amount of lactic acid.Lactic acid is no longer regarded as a waste product of self-fermentation,and it acts as an important signaling molecule to affect the biological properties of surrounding cells.Lactic acid can also be used as an"alternative fuel"to establish metabolic coupling between cancer cells and adjacent cells to maintain tumor growth.And lactic acid can also regulate the occurrence and development of tumors and increase the degree of malignancy of tumors.This article reviews the relationship between lactic acid and the biological characteristics of various tumors.
