摘要
阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是最常见的神经退行性疾病之一,淀粉样斑块和神经元纤维缠结是AD最重要的两种病理改变。磁共振成像(MRI)是早期、准确诊断具有行为改变和认知障碍等临床症状AD的有效非侵入性方法。本文旨在对AD靶向的MRI纳米探针的最新研究进展进行介绍,提出了纳米探针用于AD的MRI诊断的未来方向——增强探针的性能、降低探针的毒性以及开发AD靶向诊疗一体化纳米探针。
Alzheimer disease(AD)is one of the most common neurodegenerative diseases,amyloid plaques and neurofibrillary tangles are the two most important pathological changes in AD.Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)is an effective non-invasive method for early and accurate diagnosis of AD with clinical symptoms such as behavioral changes and cognitive impairment.This review aims to introduce the latest research progress of AD-targeted MRI nanoprobes.Finally,we propose the future direction of nanoprobes for MRI diagnosis of AD:enhancing nanoprobe performance,reducing nanoprobe toxicity,and developing theranostic nanoprobes.
