籼粳恢复系的籼粳属性鉴定及配组表现

Identifi cation of Indica-japonica Attribute of Indica-japonica Restorer Lines and Performance of Their F1 Hybrids

摘要 利用偏粳型广亲和恢复系CR84与不同偏籼型恢复系杂交,选育出7个籼粳恢复系DH19、DH22、DH25、DH38、DH47、DH51、DH58。利用22对籼粳稻特异InDel分子标记鉴定结果表明,DH19、DH38、DH47等3份材料为偏籼型,DH22为中间偏籼型,DH25、DH51为籼型,DH58为偏粳型。广亲和基因S5-n分子检测结果显示,7个供试籼粳恢复系均具有S5-n广亲和基因;其与广亲和测验种南京11、IR36、秋光、巴利拉测交F1代的结实率均超过70%,表现出良好的广亲和性。7个籼粳恢复系分别与粳型不育系春江16A、籼型不育系中18S配制F1,杂种F1的每穗粒数范围是237~381,属于典型的大穗型;相比于籼型不育系中18S,粳型不育系春江16A与7个籼粳恢复系配组的杂种一代在结实率和千粒重方面有明显的优势;其中强优势组合春江16A/DH25产量9.0 t/hm^2,较对照甬优1540(8.7 t/hm^2)提高3.2%,说明春江16A/DH25具有高产潜力。 Seven indica-japonica restorer lines,DH19,DH22,DH25,DH38,DH47,DH51 and DH58,were developed from the crosses between japonicaclinous wide compatibility restorer line CR84 and different indicaclinous restorer lines.By way of 22 pairs of InDel markers specific for the identification of indica-japonica attribute,DH19,DH38 and DH47 were identified as partial indica,DH22 as medium to indica,DH25 and DH51 as indica,DH58 as partial japonica.The molecular testing on the wide compatibility gene of S5-n showed that all of seven indica-japonica restorer lines carried S5-n.The seed-setting rate of their F1 hybrids derived from the test varieties for wide compatibility including Nanjing 11,IR36,Akihikari and Balilla was over 70%,indicating a good wide compatibility of seven indica-japonica restorer lines.The F1 hybrids were made from seven indica-japonica restorer lines and japonica CMS line Chunjiang 16A and indica CMS line Zhong 18S.These hybrids had big panicles with 237~381 spikelets per panicle.Compared with indica Zhong 18S,japonica Chunjiang 16A showed a much higher seed-setting rate and 1000-grain weight in their F1 hybrids from seven indica-japonica restorer lines.Particularly,the heterotic hybrid Chunjiang 16A/DH25 yielded 9.0 t/hm2,3.2% higher than that of the control Yongyou 1540,indicating a high-yielding potential of Chunjiang 16A/DH25.
