新型冠状病毒无症状感染者50例临床特点分析

Analysis of Clinical Characteristics of 50 Cases of COVID-19 Asymptomatic Infected Patients

目的观察新型冠状病毒无症状患者的临床特征,为防疫工作提供参考。方法选取在重庆市万州区人民医院救治的新型冠状病毒肺炎无症状患者。所有患者入院时采集患者数据,包括基本特征、既往史、流行病学资料、中医证候特点、实验室检查指标等,采用SPSS18.0统计软件进行统计描述和分析。结果共计50例患者(男性21例,女性29例,年龄21~60岁),大部分患者为筛查时发现感染新型冠状病毒,未接受治疗,也无特殊临床表现,部分患者偶尔有轻微咳嗽咯痰、咽痒、喷嚏、口干、口苦、腹胀、纳眠差、小便黄等症状;舌质以淡及淡红为主,部分伴有明显齿痕,苔白或黄,多偏腻;中医辨证主要为湿浊疫毒侵袭肺脾。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎密切接触者,尤其伴轻微咳嗽咯痰、咽痒、怕冷、口干等症状患者,要注意排查。

Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of COVID-19 asymptomatic infected patients,and to guide the prevention of epidemic.Methods:This research included COVID-19 asymptomatic infected patients in Wanzhou People’s Hospital.All patients were collected case data at admission,including basic characteristics,past history,epidemiological data,TCM syndrome characteristics,laboratory examination indicators,etc.SPSS18.0 was used for statistical description and analysis.Results:50 patients cases(male 21 cases,female 29 cases)were included,and age was mainly between 21 and 60 years old.Most of the patients were discovered by test of infection screening.They neither had special clinical symptom nor received any previous treatment.Some patients had occasional mild cough and expectoration,pharyngeal itching,sneezing,dry mouth,bitter mouth,abdominal distension,poor appetite,yellow urine and other symptoms.The tongue was light and light red,some of which were accompanied with obvious tooth marks.The fur was white or yellow,and the tongue coating was greasy.The main differentiation of TCM was turbid poison and dampness invaded the lung and spleen.Conclusion:Close contacts,especially with mild cough,expectoration,pharyngeal itching,chills,dry mouth and other symptoms should be investigated.
