应用解表法治疗带状疱疹

Treating Herpes Zoster with Relieving Superficies Method

带状疱疹为常见的皮肤疾病,风、寒、湿、热、瘀诸邪皆可致病,治疗多予清热解毒祛湿之法,但一味地清热、祛湿往往使邪无所出,效果不显。本文从六经辨证、营卫机理、玄府理论等角度出发,打破常规治疗方法,认为灵活运用解表之法,可使诸邪从表而解,且解表之品多辛散,可使湿化、热除,收效显著,为临床治疗带状疱疹提供新的思路。

Herpes zoster is a common skin disease that can be caused by wind,cold,dampness,heat,and stasis.It is usually treated with the method of clearing away heat,detoxification and relieving dampness throughout the whole process.However,the pure heat clearing and dampness removing often make the evil have no exit and the effect is not obvious.From the perspective of the Six Classics Syndrome,the mechanism of Yingwei,and the theory of Xuanfu,this article broke the conventional treatment methods and argued that the flexible use of the method of relieving superficies could make the evils clear from the superficies.The relieving drugs is more Xin flavour,which can remove humidify and clear heat,and has a significant effect,which provides new ideas for the clinical treatment.
