试论三焦气化与中风

Discussion on Sanjiao Gasification and Stroke

本文通过回顾历代医家对于中风发病机理的认识,从三焦气化失常的角度去探讨中风发病不同时期的病理变化,并且重点分析中风闭证和三焦壅塞之间的关系,认为宣通三焦治疗中风具有相当的临床应用价值,同时进一步完善中风发病理论。

This article reviews the understanding of the pathogenesis of stroke by renowned doctors of the past dynasties,discusses the pathological changes in different stages of stroke from the perspective of the abnormal gasification of Sanjiao,and focuses on the analysis of the relationship between the apoplexy with blocking syndrome and the congestion of Sanjiao.This study concludes that the dredging of Sanjiao has considerable clinical application value in the treatment of stroke;besides,it also further improves the theory of stroke incidence.
