摘要
肠道菌群参与机体营养代谢过程,其主要代谢物短链脂肪酸(SCFAs)、次级胆汁酸和脂多糖(LPS)通过识别G蛋白偶联受体、Toll样受体等相关受体,从而调控糖脂代谢通路和相关基因表达,影响动物健康和代谢平衡。本文就SCFAs、次级胆汁酸和LPS对宿主糖脂代谢的调控作用及其在动物生产上的影响进行综述,旨在为预防和治疗畜禽糖脂代谢紊乱、提高畜禽养殖效率提供新思路。
Intestinal microflora is involved in the process of nutritional metabolism.The main metabolites short chain fatty acids(SCFAs),secondary bile acids and lipopolysaccharides(LPS)regulate the glycolipid metabolism pathway and the expression of related factors by identifying related receptors,such as G protein coupled receptors(GPRs)and toll like receptors(TLRs),which affect animal health and metabolic balance.In this paper,SCFAs,secondary bile acids and LPS on the regulation of host glycolipid metabolism and its impact on animal production were reviewed to prevent and treat the disorder of glycolipid metabolism in livestock and improve the efficiency of livestock breeding.
