摘要 公务员的素质能力主要包括思想道德素质、人文素养、岗位能力等。思憩道德素质要求公务员具有坚定的政治态度和人生信仰,视祖国和人民的利益高于一切,把追求真善美当作永恒的主题,以科学信仰为人生内在的动力。具有优良的人文素养是公务员必备的素质,公务员应该具有在其位谋其政的职业道德。公务员的岗位素质能力要求公务员具有平等尊人、以诚待人、以情感人、以理服人、以身作则、无私无畏、谨言慎行和豁达大度的人格魅力,具有高度优化的知识结构和能力结构。 The quality and ability of civil servants mainly include ideological and moral quality,humanistic quality,post ability and the like.The ideological and moral quality requires civil servants to hold a firm political attitude and life belief regard the interests of the motherland and the people above everything,regard the pursuit of truth,goodness and beauty as the eternal theme,and take the scientific belief as the internal driving force of life.Good humanistic quality is the essential quality of civil servants,and civil servants should have professional ethics of concerning about all matters related to their post.The post quality and ability of civil servants require civil servants to have the personality charm of respecting people equally,treating people with sincerity touching people with emotion,convincing people with reason,setting an example,being selfless and fearless,being cautious with one's words and actions and being magnanimous,and have highly optimized knowledge structure and ability structure.
