摘要
针对现阶段GIS用电压互感器传递过电压试验很难在高电压下实现,采用紧凑型全屏蔽结构完成纳秒级冲击电压发生器装置设计研究,从发生装置技术要求出发,提出了装置的具体参数配置,并对110 kV电压互感器传递过电压及影响电压互感器传递过电压特性因素等问题进行试验研究。该装置能满足1 000 kV及以下电压等级GIS用电压/电流互感器传递过电压试验,满足标准要求的B类冲击波试验,能有效解决GIS用电压互感器传递过电压实验很难在高电压下实现的问题,为纳秒级冲击电压发生器装置设计研究提供实践依据。
Aiming at the present situation that the overvoltage test of the voltage transformer for GIS is very difficult to implement under high voltage,a nanosecond impulse voltage generator with fully-shielded structure is designed.Specific parameters of the impulse voltage generator are given according to its technical requirements.The overvolt-age of 110 kV voltage transformer and the factors influencing the overvoltage are investigated experimentally.This impulse voltage generator is suitable for the overvoltage test of the voltage/current transformer for GIS of 1000 kV or lower voltage classes,meets the requirements of class B surge test,and effectively makes the overvoltage test of the voltage transformer for GIS can be performed under high voltage.
