沉积-沉淀法制备SBA-15/Au催化剂及其苯乙烯的氧化性能研究

Preparation of SBA-15/Au Catalysts Based on Deposition-precipitation Method and Their Catalytic Oxidation Properties of Styrene

摘要 使用沉积-沉淀法(deposition-precipitation,DP method)和传统浸渍法制备介孔材料SBA-15负载的Au纳米粒子.考察了氢气和空气的晶化氛围对金粒径大小的影响.结果发现,使用沉积沉淀法和氢气的晶化氛围可以将粒子大小高度一致的小尺寸金(2.1 nm)限域在SBA-15的孔道内壁,由此制备的纳米金催化剂在苯乙烯的环氧化反应中表现出更好的催化性能. Au nanoparticles supported on SBA-15 were prepared by the deposition-precipitation(DP) method and the traditional impregnation method.The effect of the crystallization atmosphere of hydrogen and air on the size of gold nanoparticles was investigated.The results show that the small size gold(2.1 nm) with the same particle size can be confined in the inner wall of SBA-15 channel by using deposition-precipitation method and hydrogen crystallization atmosphere,so the prepared gold catalyst shows better catalytic performance in the epoxidation of styrene.
