福州市文化创意产业园空间分布特征及影响因素分析

Analysis on Spatial Distribution Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Fuzhou Cultural and Creative Industrial Park

根据文化创意产业园的产业链完整度、原创能力、园区依托等因素将福州市文化创意产业园划分为休闲娱乐类、艺术类、产业类、混合类和地方特色类5种类型.采用核密度分析、类型差异分析等方法综合分析福州市83个文化创意产业园空间分布特征.结果表明,福州市文化创意产业园总体呈整体分散、部分集聚态势.各地区分布不均衡,鼓楼区、台江区和晋安区是主要聚集区,各集聚点大体分布于福州市东北-西南方向的连线上,且密度分布存在正的空间相关性.但根据福州市各地区地势、历史文化、地理位置、社会经济等条件的不同,不同类型的文化创意产业园分布存在显著差异.

According to the industrial chain integrity,original ability,park support and other factors of cultural and creative industrial park,Fuzhou cultural and creative industrial park is temporarily divided into five categories:leisure and entertainment,art,industry,mixed and local characteristics.Nuclear density analysis,type difference analysis and other methods were used to comprehensively analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of 83 cultural and creative industrial parks in Fuzhou under multiple scales.The result shows that the cultural and creative industrial park in Fuzhou is scattered and partly concentrated.The distribution of local areas is uneven.Gulou district,taijiang district and jin ’an district are the main gathering areas,and the gathering points are distributed on the line of northeast to southwest of Fuzhou,and the density distribution has positive spatial correlation.However,there are significant differences in the distribution of different types of cultural and creative industrial parks according to the topography,historical culture,geographical location,social and economic conditions.
