综采放顶煤液压支架立柱承载特性分析研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对综采放顶煤液压支架立柱在承载过程中支撑稳定性差及其影响煤矿安全开采等问题,以综合机械化开采支护的ZFG7500/20/32.5型放顶煤过渡支架为研究对象,设计立柱的结构与液压系统原理图,利用AMESim仿真软件建立支架立柱液压系统仿真模型图。研究过渡支架立柱承载过程中参数的变化以及仿真在不同压力下立柱的位移、速度、无杆腔流量等变化曲线。结果表明,当单个立柱所承载压力不超过2000 kN时,立柱动态特性较稳定,可有效保障井下安全生产,对立柱液压系统研究以及煤矿安全生产有重要意义。 Aiming at problems of poor stability of fully mechanized mining caving top coal hydraulic support column in the process of bearing support and its effect to coal mine safety production,etc.,taking the ZFG7500/20/32.5 type caving top coal transition support supported for fully mechanized mining as the research object,the structure and hydraulic system schematic diagram of the column were designed,and AMESim simulation software was used to establish the hydraulic system simulation model diagram of the support and column. The variation of the parameters of the transition support column and the variation curves of the displacement, velocity and rodless flow rate of the column under different pressures were studied. The results show that when the bearing pressure of a single column is less than2 000 k N,the dynamic characteristics of the column are relatively stable,which can effectively guarantee the safety of underground production,and is of great significance to the research of the hydraulic system of the column and the safety production of coal mine.
