摘要
对大倾角下运带式输送机进行了制动工况的动力学分析,得出了此类输送机满载紧急停机时需要快速克服制动闸空行程的要求。分析了由盘式制动装置和电气控制装置组成的制动系统施闸快速性,该系统可以快速克服制动闸的空行程,缩短空行程时间,实现输送机的可控制动,避免输送机紧急停机发生飞车事故。
The dynamic analysis of the braking condition of the downward belt conveyor with large inclination was carried out, and it was concluded that when the belt conveyor is fully loaded for emergency shutdown, the requirement of brake empty stroke needs to be quickly overcome. The braking speed of the disc brake system composed of disc brake device and electric control device was analyzed.The system can quickly overcome the empty stroke of the brake, shorten the empty stroke time, realize controllable braking of the conveyor, and avoid runaway accidents caused by emergency shutdown of the conveyor.
