摘要
通过对对旋风机两级叶片建模,分析在不同转速比下对旋风机内部流场,得到叶片承受压力分布情况。结果表明:在转速比远离额定转速比1时,两级叶片压力分布都不均匀,尤其是二级叶片,使得其叶片承载增大,导致整个系统受压不稳定,局部压力增大。
By modeling the two-stage blades of the counter-rotating fan,the internal flow field of the cyclone was analyzed at different speed ratios, and the pressure distribution of the blade was obtained.The results show that the pressure distribution of the two-stage blades is uneven, especially the twostage blades, when the speed ratio is far away from the rated speed ratio 1,which makes the load of the blades increase, the pressure of the whole system is unstable, and the local pressure increases.
