摘要
为解决煤矿铲板式搬运车传动系统故障频发的问题,基于井下复杂的矿井运行条件,研究了铲板车传动系统的布置,分析了传动系统问题发生的根源,总结了传动轴的空间布置设计对系统可靠性的影响,提出了在车辆传动系统动力输入端及输出端进行改进设计的方法。通过在输入端设计动力抬高箱、在输出端设计输出短轴等措施,完成了传动系统的改进,提高了系统的可靠性及效率。
In order to solve the problem of frequent malfunctions of transmission system of shovel type carrier in coal mine,based on complex service conditions in underground coal mine,the layout of carrier transmission system was studied,and the problem sources of transmission system was analyzed,and the effects of the drive axles layout design in space on system reliability were summarized. A design improvement method about drive system power input end and output end was proposed. By the measures of designing a elevated gearbox in the input end and a short axle in the output end,the improvement of transmission system was given and the reliability and efficiency of the system were improved.
