摘要
在ZYWL-4500D低开孔全方位定向钻机上设计了回转操作装置。该装置通过钻机部机械位置的切换实现全断面全方位定向钻孔作业工况;通过回转式减速器传递回转扭矩,通过计算选择了回转加速器,并介绍了回转操作装置的结构设计与人机交互的巧妙结合,在实际应用中产生了巨大的经济效益。
Designed rotary operating device in ZYWL-4500 D directional drilling rig of hole comprehensively.The device by the department of rig mechanical position switch, so as to realize the whole section omnidirectional directional drilling conditions. Through the rotary gear reducer transmitted rotary torque,chosed a rotary accelerator by calculation model,and introduced the structure design of rotary operating device and clever union of human-computer interaction. Produced great economic benefits in practical application.
