摘要
针对传统采煤机滚筒调高技术控制能力不足和稳定性较差的问题,利用模糊控制算法鲁棒性好、容错能力强的优势,对传统PID调高控制技术进行优化,并建立了基于模糊PID的采煤机滚筒调高控制模型。仿真结果,表明基于模糊PID的采煤机滚筒调高控制技术响应速度快、跟踪精度高,控制能力和稳定性均优于传统PID控制,满足采煤机滚筒调高控制的实际要求,为采煤智能化的发展提供了指导。
Aiming at the problems of insufficient control ability and poor stability of traditional shearer drum height adjustment technology,the advantages of fuzzy control algorithm such as good robustness and strong fault tolerance were used to optimize the traditional PID control technology,and the shearer drum height adjustment control model based on fuzzy PID was established. The simulation results show that the control technology of shearer drum height adjustment based on fuzzy PID has fast response speed,high tracking accuracy,control ability and stability are better than traditional PID control,which meets the actual requirements of shearer drum height adjustment control,and provides guidance for the development of intelligent coal mining.
