摘要
锤轴总成是顺槽破碎机运行过程中最易损坏的关键部件,锤轴总成的安全可靠性直接关系到顺槽破碎机的使用效能以及工作面的出煤量。针对影响顺槽破碎机锤轴总成可靠性的固定轴承防松方式进行分析和优化,将传统的紧固螺母与顶丝防松改进为紧固螺母、止推垫圈、圆螺母共同作用双重防松机构,提高锤轴总成的可靠性,达到提高破碎机使用效能的目的。
Hammer shaft assembly is the easiest-broken key component during the operation of the gateway crusher,its safety and reliability are directly related to the operation efficiency of the crusher and the output capacity of the working face. Analyzed and optimized the locking mode of the fixed bearing, which affecting the reliability of the hammer shaft assembly. By improving the conventional locking through the fastening nut and screw to the joint locking mechanism with fastening nut, thrust washer and round nut,improved the reliability of the hammer shaft assembly and achieved the goal of increasing the operation efficiency of the crusher.
