摘要
针对带式输送机齿轮箱故障定位复杂、诊断困难的问题,设计了一种基于故障树的带式输送机齿轮箱诊断模型。在深入分析矿用带式输送机齿轮箱结构、运行特点以及故障形式的基础上,分析了齿轮箱子系统的失效模式,构建了齿轮箱故障树,通过最小割集和故障规则库关联实现故障定位和自动诊断。模拟测试结果表明,该方法可以快速地对齿轮箱各单元进行故障诊断和准确定位,并能给出相应解决方案,具有较好的实用性。
Aiming at the problems of complex fault location and difficult diagnosis of belt conveyor gearbox,a fault diagnosis model for belt conveyor gearbox based on fault tree was designed. On the basis of in-depth analysis of mine belt conveyor gearbox structure,operation characteristics and fault forms,the failure mode of gearbox system was analyzed. Fault tree of gearbox was constructed,fault location and fault diagnosis were realized through the association of minimal cut set and fault rule base.The simulation test results show that the method can quickly diagnose and accurately locate the fault of each unit of the gearbox,and can give the corresponding solutions, which has good practicability.
