稳心颗粒联合普萘洛尔对甲亢合并房颤患者相关激素水平及心脏功能的影响

Effect of Wenxin Granule Combined with Propranolol on Relevant Hormone Levels and Cardiac Function in Patients with Hyperthyroidism Complicated with Atrial Fibrillation

目的探讨稳心颗粒联合普萘洛尔对甲亢合并房颤患者相关激素水平及心脏功能的影响。方法纳入2017年10月—2019年1月该院进行治疗的100例患者进行研究。依据随机对照原则分为两组,每组纳入总数为50例。对照组普萘洛尔治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上,联合使用稳心颗粒治疗。观察激素水平变化情况、收缩压、舒张压、心率、左室射血分数变化情况。结果观察组干预后激素水平FT3、FT4水平低于干预前和对照组,TSH水平高于干预前和对照组,两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组干预后收缩压、舒张压、心率水平低于干预前和对照组,左室射血分数水平高于干预前和对照组,两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论稳心颗粒联合普萘洛尔对甲亢合并房颤患者相关激素水平及心脏功能有积极的影响,可以改善患者的相关激素水平和心脏功能,应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the effects of Wenxin Granule combined with propranolol on the levels of related hormones and cardiac function in patients with hyperthyroidism and atrial fibrillation. Methods A total of 100 patients treated in our hospital from October 2017 to January 2019 were included in the study. According to the principle of randomized control,they were divided into two groups,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with propranolol. On the basis of the control group,the observation group used Wenxin Granule in combination. The changes of hormone level,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate and left ventricular ejection fraction were observed. Results The levels of hormone FT3 and FT4 in observation group were lower than those before intervention and those of the control group. TSH was higher than that before intervention and that of the control group and the difference was significant( P < 0. 05). The levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in observation group were lower than those before intervention and those of the control group,and the level of left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that before intervention and that of the control group and the difference was significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Wenxin Granule combined with propranolol has a positive effect on the levels of related hormones and cardiac function in patients with hyperthyroidism and atrial fibrillation. It can improve the levels of related hormones and cardiac function in patients with hyperthyroidism and atrial fibrillation.
