针刺对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征睡眠呼吸的调节作用

Clinical Research of Function of Using Acupuncture Adjusting Obstructive Sleep Apnea-Hypopnea Syndrome Patients’ Sleeping Respiration

目的通过观察针刺对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者睡眠呼吸的调节作用,探究针刺疗法可否作为一种安全、有效、经济的治疗方法应用于OSAHS的临床治疗。方法 60例OSAHS患者,随机分为针刺组30例(穴取上廉泉、风府等)和n CPAP组30例(经鼻持续气道内正压通气)两组,两组分别干预3个月,在干预前后所有入选病例分别进行一次多导睡眠图(PSG)监测和证候积分数据的采集。结果治疗后针刺组的总有效率为96.66%(29/30),n CPAP组总有效率为93.33%(28/30)。针刺组治疗前比较各项指标均有改善(P <0.05)。n CPAP组治疗前后比较各项指标均有改善(P <0.05)。两组治疗后比较,各项指标治疗组较对照组改善明显(P <0.05)。结论①针刺可以减少OSAHS患者睡眠中呼吸暂停的次数,从而改善患者的鼾声程度、白天嗜睡症状、睡眠质量及生活质量等临床症状。②从卫生经济角度分析,治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者,针刺疗法是一种简便、安全、经济、有效的治疗方法。

Objective To find out that if acupuncture can be used as a safe effective and economical method of treatment to apply in OSAHS clinical care based on the observation of using acupuncture adjusting OSAHS patient’s respiration at night. Methods Sixty cases of OSAHS were randomly divided into an acupuncture group( n = 30) treated by acupuncture at Shanglianquan( extra-meridianpoint) and Fengfu( DU16) and an n CPAP group( n = 30) treated by n CPAP. The two groups were respectively intervened for three months. The treatment polysomnography( PSG) data and syndrome marks were gathered separately. Results The total effective rate of the acupuncture group was 96. 66%( 29/30),and that of the control group was 93. 33%( 28/30). In the acupuncture group,each index was improved( P < 0. 05). In the control group,each index was improved( P < 0. 05). Between the two groups,there was a significant difference in each index( P < 0. 05). Conclusion ①Acupuncture can adjust OSAHS patients’ respiration,mainly act on reducingthe number of apnea,and thus improving the patient ’s snoring,daytime sleepiness,quality of sleep and quality of life and other clinical symptoms. ②From the hygienic economical angle analysis,acupuncture is a simple,safe and economic therapy for OSAHS patients.
