摘要
为研究市政排水管网面临的风险,提出了基于改进模糊网络分析(F-ANP)方法的市政排水管网运行安全风险评估方法。该方法首先在现有的研究和规范标准的基础上,建立了基于“人-机-管-环”的市政排水管网风险评估指标体系;然后采用改进的ANP方法计算评价指标权重,并采用改进的模糊综合评价法,借助三角形分布隶属函数以及对基础数据等级的划分,实现了大量管道数据的多层次递阶风险评价;最后以苏州工业园区内排水管网作为工程实例,利用基于改进的F-ANP方法对该排水管网的运行安全进行风险评估,并与内部检测数据进行对比,验证了基于改进F-ANP方法的风险评估结果的可靠性和适用性,对市政排水管网的运维管理有一定的借鉴作用。
In order to study the risks faced by municipal drainage network,this paper proposes an improved Fuzzy Analytic Network Process(F-ANP)method for risk assessment of municipal drainage network operation safety.First of all,based on the existing research and standards,the paper establishes the index system for risk assessment of municipal drainage network operation safety based on“man-machine-environment-management”;then,the paper uses the improved ANP method to calculate the weight of the index factors,and uses the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to realize multi-level hierarchical risk assessment of a large number of pipeline data with the help of the triangle membership function and the classification of the basic data level.After that,the paper takes the drainage network of Suzhou Industrial Park as an example to assess the operation safety,and compares with the internal test data verifying that the assessment results based on the improved F-ANP method is reliable and applicable,which has a certain reference for the operation and maintenance management of the municipal drainage network.
