工商资本参与下农民主体作用的困境与破解思路——基于S省20个乡镇59个村庄的调查

Dilemma and Solution of the Principal Role of Farmers with the Industry and Commerce Capital Input--Based on the Survey of 59 Villages in 20 Towns in S Province

本文结合我国实施乡村振兴战略的发展要求,以激活工商资本参与乡村产业开发积极性与保障农民主体地位兼顾作为研究起点,通过对S省20个乡镇59个村庄的微观调查,聚焦当前制约农民主体作用发挥的现实困境,重构乡村振兴中多元主体参与、利益需求均衡、利益联结合理的机制,以实现要素自由流动、利益格局均衡、市场有效主导、政府合理引导的乡村内生、持续、长效的发展局面。

The starting point of the research is to activate the enthusiasm of industry and commerce fund to participate in the development of rural industry and guarantee the dominant position of farmers in combination with the development requirements of the implementing of the strategy of Rural Revitalization in China.To achieve the endogenous,sustainable and long-term development of rural areas with free flow of factors,balanced interest pattern,effective market leadership and reasonable guidance of the government.Focusing on the practical dilemma of restricting the main role of farmers,through the micro survey of 59 villages in 20 towns,this paper attempts to reconstruct the mechanism of multi-party participation,balanced interest demand and reasonable interest connection in Rural Revitalization.
