Individualized education is the basic tenet of reform on contemporary international education thought,the policy guidance of reform on talent training mode in China,and the core direction of reform on talent training mode in universities.In the information era,the necessary premise of the theoretical and practical exploration of university individualized education is to fully reveal the connotation and essential characteristics of“individuality”and“individualized education”,to construct university individualized education mode which is based on the typification education,to form human s real individuality at the starting point,to promote the ideal individuality development of“common cultivation+individual development”,and to realize the ultimate goal for people with individual,all-round,optimal,and harmonious development.It integrates into educational ecosystem of various educational typical systems and unity of educational thought and practical process.
