民族地区地方高校创新创业教育内卷化困境及其治理

Involution Predicament and Its Governance of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Local Universities of Minority Areas

民族地区地方高校创新创业教育的发展陷入了“没有发展的增长”和“没有效率的运行”的内卷化困境,其生成的主要原因在于立体移植式的标准化复制、高度行政化的单向度驱动、角色失位下的群体性失语和资源约束中的功利性取向。在创新创业教育的提质升级和深耕发展进程中,可将“X”型创新创业教育品格的塑造、脱虚向实的“在地化”营造、教育“生态共同体”的共建共治,以及“立体声”式的权力再配置作为教育治理的着力基点和突破向度。

It is“no growth”and“inefficient operation”for Innovation and entrepreneurship education in local universities of minority areas.The generation of involution mainly from the replication of three-dimensional transplant,the drive of highly administrative,the groupment aphasia after loss of position,and the utilitarian orientation of resource constraints.In the process of improving and deepening of innovation and entrepreneurship education,there are four aspects can be taken as the focus point and breakthrough direction of education governance.It includes the mold of“X”character,the“local”construction from the virtual to the real,the co-construction and co-governance of education“ecological community”,and the power redistribution of“stereo”type.
