摘要
人文素质教育是素质教育的重要组成部分,对培养全面发展的人具有举足轻重的作用。本文以马克思主义关于人的全面发展学说等理论为指导,根据知识经济对人才的新需求,借鉴国内已有的评价指标体系,采用文献法确定大学生人文素质评价指标层次和数量,尝试以层次分析法(AHP)对各指标重要性进行赋权、排序,从而构建大学生人文素质评价指标体系。大学生人文素质指标体系的建立,对全面推进人文素质教育具有重要意义。
Humanistic quality education is an important component of quality education for all-round development and has an indispensable role in cultivating well-rounded talents.Guided by Marxist theory on the all-round development of human beings and something like that,according to the new need of talents’quality in the era of knowledge-driven economy,having learned from the existing domestic evaluation systems,having ensured index and number of evaluation college and university students’humanistic quality by means of document study,through AHP to empower and rank the importance of various indexes so that the evaluation system of college and university students’humanistic quality has been built and completed.The construction of the index system is of great significance to promote humanistic education comprehensively.
