摘要
在线教学背景下课堂教学移步至网络空间,教师教学行为显现出以语言为主要载体的互动性、受直播文化熏陶的演绎性、置于线上教学场域中的规约性和注重网络情境变化的机智性等特征,在建学、醒学、赏学以及助学方面得到进一步强化。后疫情时期,审思教师在线教学行为,教师理应以学生为中心,弱化掌控式的在线教学行为;以共情为目的,避免形式化的在线互动行为;以平等为基础,注重伦理性的在线分配行为,以此提升在线教学的质量。
Under the background of online teaching,classroom teaching moves to cyberspace,teachers'teaching behavior shows the characteristics of interactivity with language as the main carrier,deductive influenced by live culture,conventionality in online teaching field and tact in paying attention to changes in network situation.It has been further strengthened in the aspects of construction,awakening,appreciation and assistance.In the post epidemic period,teachers should focus on students and weaken the controlling online teaching behavior.They should avoid formal online interactive behavior with empathy as the purpose,and pay attention to ethical online distribution behavior on the basis of equality,so as to improve the quality of online teaching.
