宫颈高危型HPV持续感染与细菌性阴道病和阴道微生态相关性分析

摘要 目的分析HPV持续感染与阴道环境的关系。方法抽取2019年4月~2020年4月上海交通大学医学院附属苏州九龙医院收治的300例HPV筛查女性入组,阳性和阴性分别100例和200例,即阳性和阴性组,对两组细菌性阴道病和阴道微生态结果进行分析,进而研究出HPV感染与两者之间的关系。结果两组pH、过氧化氢和白细胞酯酶的阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),阳性组唾液酸苷酶的阳性率高于阴性组较高(P<0.05),阳性组细菌性阴道病较多,微生态四项指标均为阳性的患者较多(P<0.05)。结论细菌感染和阴道微生态环境与HPV感染有非常密切的关系,HPV感染为阳性的患者,细菌性阴道病的患病率较高,阴道微生态环境也相对较差,同时阴道环境的破坏和细菌的滋生,也加重了HPV感染的概率,维护阴道生态和菌群平衡,可降低HPV感染概率。 B bjective To analyze the relationship between HPV persistent infection and vaginal environment.Methods From April 2019 to April 2020,300 HPV screening women in our hospital were selected into the group,100 of them were positive and 200 of them were negative,i.e.positive and negative groups.The results of bacterial vaginosis and vaginal Microecology in the two groups were analyzed,and then the relationship between HPV infection and the two groups was studied.Results There was no significant difference in the positive rate of pH,hydrogen peroxide and leukocyte esterase between the two groups(P>0.05).The positive rate of sialidosidase in the positive group was higher than that in the negative group(P<0.05).There were more bacterial vaginosis in the positive group and more patients with positive microecology(P<0.05).Conclusion Bacterial infection and vaginal microecological environment are closely related to HPV infection.Patients with positive HPV infection have a high prevalence of bacterial vaginosis and a relatively poor vaginal microecological environment.At the same time,the destruction of vaginal environment and the growth of bacteria increase the probability of HPV infection,maintain the balance of vaginal ecology and flora,and reduce the probability of HPV infection.
