华蟾素联合乌苯美司治疗中晚期原发性肝癌30例疗效观察

Cinobufacini Combined with Ubenimex in the Treatment of 30 Cases of Advanced Primary Liver Cancer

目的:观察在中、晚期原发性肝癌肝动脉介入化疗栓塞术(TACE)中采用华蟾素+乌苯美司的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年6月—2019年12月我院收治住院的60例中晚期原发性肝癌患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组服用乌苯美司,观察组服用华蟾素+乌苯美司,比较两组肝功能指标改善程度、1年生存率、药物不良反应等。结果:治疗缓解率观察组为83.33%,较对照组(56.67%)高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)水平下降程度较对照组更显著(P<0.05);患者1年生存率观察组为93.33%,较对照组(73.33%)高(P<0.05);治疗期间药物不良反应发生率观察组为13.33%,对照组为16.66%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在中晚期原发性肝癌TACE治疗中,采用华蟾素+乌苯美司可提高疗效、改善肝功能、提升1年生存率,且用药安全性高。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of cinobufagin and ubenimex in the treatment of middle and advanced primary liver cancer by transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE).Methods:60 patients with advanced primary liver cancer in our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was given ubenimex,and the observation group was given cinobufagin+ubenimex.The improvement of liver function indexes,1 year survival rate and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The remission rate of the observation group was 83.33%,which was higher than that of the control group(56.67%)(P<0.05);after treatment,the level of AST,TBIL and ALT in the observation group decreased more significantly than that in the control group(P<0.05);the 1 year survival rate of the observation group was 93.33%,higher than that of the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05);adverse drug reactions occurred during the treatment,the incidence rate was 13.33%in the observation group and 16.66%in the control group,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer with TACE,cinobufagin+ubenimex can improve the curative effect,liver function and 1-year survival rate,and the drug is safe.
