皮内针周期疗法治疗经行乳房胀痛的疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy Observation of Intradermal Needle Periodic Therapy in Treating Menstrual Distending Pain of Breasts

【目的】观察皮内针周期疗法治疗经行乳房胀痛的临床疗效。【方法】将60例经行乳房胀痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组给予皮内针周期疗法治疗,对照组给予常规皮内针治疗,每个月经周期治疗4次,1个月经周期为1个疗程,共治疗3个月经周期,并于治疗完成后3个月进行随访。观察2组患者治疗前后及随访时经行乳房胀痛积分情况,比较2组痊愈患者在治疗完成后3个月的复发情况,评价2组患者治疗后和随访时的疼痛疗效。【结果】(1)疼痛疗效方面:治疗后,观察组的总有效率为96.7%(29/30),对照组为96.7%(29/30),组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访时,观察组的总有效率为93.3%(28/30),对照组为83.3%(25/30),组间比较,观察组的疼痛疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)经行乳房胀痛积分方面:治疗后,2组患者的经行乳房胀痛积分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访时,2组患者的经行乳房胀痛积分均较治疗后有所回弹(P<0.05),但仍明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),组间比较,观察组的积分值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)复发情况方面:随访时,观察组的复发率为26.3%(5/19);对照组为66.7%(10/15),观察组的复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】皮内针周期疗法治疗经行乳房胀痛疗效持久,且复发率低。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of intradermal needle periodic therapy for the treatment of menstrual distending pain of breasts.Methods Sixty patients with menstrual distending pain of breasts were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with intradermal needle periodic therapy,and the control group was treated with conventional intradermal needle.The needling was performed 4 times per menstrual cycle,one menstrual cycle constituted one course of treatment,and the treatment lasted for a total of 3 menstrual cycles.After the treatment,a 3-month follow-up was carried out.The pain scores were observed before and after treatment,and during the follow-up,the recurrence rate in the cured cases during the 3 months of follow-up was compared.The clinical efficacy for the pain after treatment and during the follow-up was also evaluated.Results(1)After treatment,the total effective rate for relieving the pain in the observation group and the control group was also all 96.7%(29/30),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).During the follow-up,the total effective rate in the observation group was 93.3%(28/30)and that in the control group was 83.3%(25/30),the intergroup comparison showed that the observation group had stronger efficacy for relieving the pain than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the scores of menstrual distending pain of breasts in the two groups were obviously decreased in comparison with those before treatment(P<0.05),but the difference between the two groups after treatment was insignificant(P>0.05).During the follow-up,the scores of menstrual distending pain of breasts in the two groups bound up in comparison with those after treatment(P<0.05),but the scores were still lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The intergroup comparison showed that the scores in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)During the follow-up,the recurrence rate in the treatment group was26.3%(5/19)and was much lower than that in the control group(66.7%,10/15),the difference between the two groups being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intradermal needle periodic therapy exerts lasting effect for the treatment of menstrual distending pain of breasts,and the recurrence rate is low.
