摘要
《灵枢》五刺法详细论述了皮、脉、筋、肉、骨病的治疗手法,对于临床有很好的指导意义。陈振虎教授首创的岐黄针疗法正是在发明岐黄针针具的基础上进行理论创新,以首辨经筋,次定穴位,再选刺法的三位一体的特色诊疗体系,提升临床疗效,值得深入探讨。
In Ling Shu five-acupuncture therapy part,the manipulation for treatment of skin,pulse,tendon,muscle,bone disease were discussed in detail,which has a good guiding significance for clinical practice.Qihuang-needling therapy is a theoretical innovation just based on the invention of acupuncture device,which is a trinity characteristic diagnosis and treatment system involving the first differentiation of meridians and tendons,the second determination of acupoints,and the third selection of needling method to improve the clinical curative effect.So it is worthy of further promotion and application for clinical practice.
