Ⅱ型跨膜丝氨酸蛋白酶4表达水平与肿瘤患者预后关系的Meta分析

The relationship of TMPRSS4 expression level and prognosis of patients with cancer: A Meta-analysis

摘要 目的:探讨Ⅱ型跨膜丝氨酸蛋白酶4(TMPRSS4)和肿瘤患者预后的关系。方法:采用计算机检索的方法,检索考克兰图书馆(TheCochraneLibrary)、荷兰医学数据库(EMBASE)、美国国家医学图书网(PubMed)、中国知网及万方等数据库从建库到2019年10月含有关于TMPRSS4表达水平与肿瘤预后相关文献,由两位研究员进行文献筛选及阅读并收集相关资料。采用StataSE12.0软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果:共计纳入13篇文献,涉及1990例患者。Meta分析中TMPRSS4高表达可使肿瘤患者总生存时间缩短(HR=2.09,95%CI:1.56~2.81;P<0.001);亚组分析中TMPRSS4高表达可使非消化道肿瘤的总生存时间缩短,对消化道肿瘤的总生存时间无影响,非消化道肿瘤(HR=2.31,95%CI:1.71~3.10;P<0.001),消化道肿瘤(HR=1.59,95%CI:0.73~3.48;P>0.05)。TMPRSS4高表达可使女性肿瘤和非女性肿瘤的总生存时间均缩短,女性肿瘤(HR=2.41,95%CI:1.29~4.52;P<0.05),非女性肿瘤(HR=2.00,95%CI:1.38~2.91;P<0.001)。TMPRSS4高表达可使肿瘤患者的无病生存时间缩短(HR=2.52,95%CI:1.48~4.26;P<0.001),TMPRSS4高表达会缩短肿瘤患者的无复发生存时间(HR=2.00,95%CI:1.52~2.64;P<0.001)。结论:TMPRSS4高表达可能是影响肿瘤预后的一个不利因素。 Objective:To discuss the relationship of the expression level of Type II transmembrane serine proteases 4(TMPRSS4)and prognosis of patients with cancer.Methods:The pertinent literatures of TMPRSS4 expression level and tumor prognosis in Cochrane Library,excerpt medical database(EMBASE),PubMed,Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database and Wanfang database since the establishment of these database to Oct.2019 were searched.And literature screening,read and the collection of related data were implemented by two researchers.Stata SE12.0 was adopted to implement Meta-analysis for these data.Results:A total of 13 literatures were included and 1990 patients were involved in this research.The results of Meta-analysis showed that TMPRSS4 high expression could contract overall survival time of patients with cancer(HR=2.09,95%CI:1.56~2.81,P<0.001).The results of subgroup analysis showed that TMPRSS4 high expression could contract overall survival time of non-digestive tract tumor,and couldn’t affect overall survival of digestive tract tumor(Non-digestive tract tumor:HR=2.31,95%CI:1.71~3.10,P<0.001.Digestive tract tumor:HR=1.59,95%CI:0.73~3.48,P>0.05).High expression of TMPRSS4 could also contract overall survival time both female patients with tumor(HR=2.41,95%CI:1.29~4.52,P<0.05)and non-female patients with tumor(HR=2.00,95%CI:1.38~2.91,P<0.001).High expression of TMPRSS4 could reduce disease-free survival time of patients with cancer(HR=2.52,95%CI:1.48~4.26,P<0.001).And high expression of TMPRSS4 could contract recurrencefree survival time of patients with cancer(HR=2.00,95%CI:1.52~2.64,P<0.001).Conclusion:High expression of TMPRSS4 might be a negative factor that affects prognosis of tumors.
