消瘰散结散经皮超声波导入治疗颈部淋巴结核疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of percutaneous ultrasound intervention of Xiaoluo Sanjie powder on treating cervical scrofula

目的:观察消瘰散结散经皮超声波导入治疗颈部结节型淋巴结核的疗效。方法:选取60例颈部结节型淋巴结核患者,按随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。两组均给予常规抗结核西药化疗方案(2HRZE/6HR)治疗;观察组采用消瘰散结散经皮超声波导入加西药化疗;对照组采用消瘰散结散外敷加西药化疗,均为30 d一个疗程。观察两组患者治疗中淋巴结大小、低热、乏力、盗汗、疼痛及焦虑等临床治疗效果,对比分析治疗前后中医症状总积分以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组和对照组治疗总有效率分别为93%和73%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(x^2=4.32,P<0.05);两组治疗后临床疗效总积分较治疗前均下降明显,观察组总积分改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-4.91,P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论:消瘰散结散经皮超声波导入联合西药抗结核治疗颈部结节型淋巴结核较消瘰散结散外敷配合西药抗结核药物治疗,在治疗一个疗程后效果显著,且不良反应发生较少。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Xiaoluo Sanjie powder of percutaneous ultrasound intervention on treating cervical scrofula.Methods:60 patients with cervical nodular type of scrofula were selected and were divide into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both two groups underwent the chemotherapy regimens of routine antituberculous western medicine(2 HRZE/6 HR).On the basis of chemotherapy regimens,the observation group adopted the percutaneous ultrasound intervention of Xiaoluo Sanjie powder and the control group adopted external treatment of Xiaoluo Sanjie powder,and the course of treatment both two groups were 30 d.The clinical curative effects included the size of lymph nodule,low-grade fever,lacking in strength,night sweat,pain and anxiety in treatment of two groups were observed,and the totally aggregate score of traditional Chinese medicine symptom and occurrence rate of adverse reaction between pre and post treatment were compared and analyzed.Results:The total effective rates of observation group and control group were 93%and 73%,respectively.The difference of that between two groups was significant(x^2=4.32,P<0.05).The total aggregate scores of the two groups after treatment decreased significantly than that before treatment,and the improvement degree of the total aggregate score of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(t=-4.91,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion:The combined method of the percutaneous ultrasound intervention of Xiaoluo Sanjie powder and western medicine is better than the combine method of external treatment of Xiaoluo Sanjie powder and western medicine in treating cervical nodular type of scrofula.And its effect is significance after one course of treatment,and the adverse reaction of this method is less.
