摘要 目的:设计基于射频识别(RFID)物联网技术的医疗设备智能租赁系统,用于医疗机构内医疗设备资源的共享。方法:以RFID物联网技术的智能租赁柜为硬件载体,依托医院内部局域网和外部互联网,基于浏览器与服务器(B/S)模式架构设计,采用Java语言和MySQL数据库,运用物联网RFID感应和数据库应用等技术,以Web和微信小程序为管理平台,设置租赁管理、设备全生命周期管理、设备档案管理、系统权限管理及报表管理等功能模块,设计基于物联网技术的医疗设备智能租赁系统。结果:该系统实现医疗设备24 h无人值守智能租赁和全生命周期管理,方便医务人员操作使用,经医疗设备智能租赁系统租赁运行统计,医疗设备采取原厂保修方式,设备总体故障率<5%,维修时间为3 h内可完成故障维护,租赁设备质量控制合格率达100%。结论:医疗设备智能租赁管理系统能够优化医疗机构资源配置,提高医疗资源有效使用率,保障医疗机构医疗资源合理分配,对智慧型医疗机构建设具有重要意义。 Objective:To design a set of intelligently rental system of medical equipment based on radio frequency identification(RFID)of internet of things(IoTs)to solve the problem of resource sharing of medical equipment in medical institutions.Methods:The intelligently rental cabinet based on radio frequency identification devices(RFID)IoTs technique was used as hardware carrier,and the internal local area network(LAN)and external internet of hospital was applied,and the design of browser and server(B/S)mode architecture was used as basis,and Java language and MySQL database was adopted,and IoTs RFID induction and database application and other techniques were applied,and Web and Wechat applet were used as management platform to set series functional modules included rental management,the whole life cycle management of equipment,the equipment archives management,the authority management of system,statement management and so on,and to design intelligently rental system of medical equipment based on IoTs technique.Results:The system could realize the intelligent rental of medical equipment within 24 h unattended operation and product life-cycle management,and it was convenient in operation and use for medical personnel.According to the statistics of rental operation of intelligently rental system of medical equipment,the overall failure rate of the equipment was less than 5%if the original factory warranty mode was adopted for medical equipment,and the failure maintenance could be completed when the maintenance time was within 3 hours,and the qualified rate of quality control of rental equipment could reach to 100%.Conclusion:The intelligently rental management system of medical equipment can optimize the resource allocation of medical institutions,and improve the effective utilization rate of medical resources,and ensure the reasonable allocation of medical resources in medical institutions,which has great significance to the construction of intelligent medical institutions.
