医用负压真空系统施工与运行中的问题解析

Brief analysis on the problems with painful points in construction and operation of medical vacuum system with negative pressure

在医院常用的医用气体中,负压真空是和氧气一样最早被医疗机构用于医疗救治的医用气体,同时也是我国较早列入医药行业标准规范(YY/T0186-0187)管理的医用气体系统。然而,许多医疗机构的负压真空系统在医院建设初期的系统策划存在缺陷,诸如站房位置无规划、站房选用设备调研不足及施工验收不完善等,以至于医院运营后存在的问题始终难以解决。本研究对医院负压真空系统存在的问题进行解析。

Among the commonly used medical gases of hospitals,negative pressure vacuum is the earliest medical gas was used in medical institutions for medical treatment,as well as the oxygen gas,and it also was earlier listed in the pharmaceuticals industrial standard specification(YY/T0186~0187-94)in China to be managed.However,the negative pressure vacuum systems of many medical institutions did not make a systematic plan in the early stage of hospital construction and they had flaws,such as no planning for the location of the station room,insufficient investigation and research on the selected equipment for the station room,imperfect construction acceptance,etc.,so that some problems with pain points still couldn’t be resolved after hospital implemented operation.Therefore,this research would analyze the problems with pain point that exist in vacuum system with negative pressure of hospital.
