医用气体系统常见问题及应对措施

Common problems and countermeasures of medical gas system

医用气体作为生命支持系统的一部分,其质量安全直接影响医院医疗工作的安全运行,关系到患者的生命安全健康。对于医用气体工程中存在的站房设计不能满足国家标准规范要求、系统供气压力和气体流量不足、管道焊渣、油雾、水及其他颗粒物吹入导致系统洁净度和供气品质达不到要求,以及气体管道错接或终端无防错插、监测报警系统不符合要求、设备无接地装置及管道标识混乱等问题进行分析,提出改进措施,为及时发现问题、有效救治患者以及保障患者生命安全提供参考。

As life support system,the quality safety of medical gas system directly affects the safe operation of medical work in hospital and it is related to the safety and health of patients.A series of problems,included the design of station room couldn’t meet the requirement of national standard,insufficient supply gas pressure and gas flow of system,the cleanliness and quality of supplied gas couldn’t reach requirement due to the welding slag,oil mist,water and other involved particulate matter in pipeline,the misconnection of gas pipeline or without fail-safe socket at terminal,that the monitoring and alarming system couldn’t meet requirement,without grounding device in equipment,disordered pipeline marker and son on,existed in medical gas engineering were analyzed,and the corresponding improvement measurement was proposed.This research provided references for timely finding problems,effective treating patients and guaranteeing life safety of patients.
