脑卒中是极大的公共卫生问题,随着现代医学影像技术的蓬勃发展和诊断水平的提高,脑卒中早期诊断率显著上升。颈动脉粥样硬化斑块与脑卒中等缺血性疾病密切相关,颈动脉斑块的早发现和早诊断,对预防未来缺血性卒中的发生十分关键。寻找一种重复性和可靠性较高的辅助检查方法来早期精准发现和诊断颈动脉粥样斑块是治疗临床缺血性卒中的关键。阐述各种影像技术评估颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的研究进展,并对其未来发展进行展望。

Stroke is an enormous public health problem,and early diagnostic rate of stroke significantly increased with the flourish of the modern medical imaging technique and the enhancement of diagnostic level.Atherosclerotic plaque is closely related to stroke and other ischemic disease,and the early find and early diagnosis of carotid plaque were very crux in preventing future ischemic stroke.It was key in treating clinically ischemic stroke that found an auxiliary examination method with higher repeatability and reliability to early find and diagnose atherosclerotic plaques.This article summarized various image techniques to assess the research progress of atherosclerotic plaque,and took a brief outlook for future development of them.
