摘要
分析生物安全二级实验室(BSL-2)通风系统的结构和通风要求,利用变频器对BSL-2通风系统进行变频控制改造,评价其在BSL-2中的节能应用效果。改造后BSL-2采用变频控制方式,将通风系统效率控制在一个较理想的范围内,极大降低了风机的能耗,改善了风机的启动性能,有效地延长了风机的使用寿命,减少了使用和维护费用,其日常使用效率、维护效率均得到有效提高。
To analyze the structure and ventilation requirements of ventilation system of BSL-2 laboratory.Aimed at the effect of energy saving application of frequency converter in BSL-2 laboratory,the frequency converting control of ventilation system of BSL-2 laboratory was reconstructed.The constructed BSL-2 laboratory adopted frequency converting control could control the efficiency of ventilation system within a desired range,and it also could extremely reduce the energy consumption of draught fan,and improve the starting performance of draught fan,and effectively prolong the service life of draught fan,and reduce the use and maintenance costs.And the routine availability efficiency and maintenance efficiency were effectively increased.
