职业教育“X证书”效力分析及质量提升途径研究 被引量:4

摘要 "学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书(X证书)"制度是目前职业教育的创新尝试。通过对"X证书"社会认可度进行分析,剖析了影响X证书的效力与认可度的因素,给出了提高X证书的认可度与质量的途径,围绕着1+X证书制度的人才培养目标、人才培养模式、高水平教学团队、课证融合的教材开发、模块项目化教学方法、人才评价模式与学习培训成果管理等方面进行了探讨,推进学历证书和职业技能等级证书有机衔接,提高X证书的含金量。 The system of"education certificate + several vocational skill level certificates( X certificate) "is an innovative attempt of vocational education at present."X certificate"represents the level of vocational skill level of the certificate holder. Through the analysis of " X certificate" social recognition,the paper analyzes the factors that affect the validity of the certificate of X and recognition,proposes the way to improve the quality of recognition of X certificate. It also discusses around 1 + X certificate system of talents training target,training mode,high level teaching team,teaching material development integrating course with certificate,module project teaching method,talents evaluation model and professional skill level,management of learning and training results and so on,promotes the organic connection of academic certificates and vocational skills level certificates to increase the value of X certificates.
