职教改革背景下欠发达地区职业教育发展对策研究——基于川南J市的调查分析

Research on the Development of Vocational Education——Based on J City of South Sichuan Province

《国家职业教育改革实施方案》指出,职业教育为我国经济社会发展提供了有力的人才和智力支撑,与普通教育是两种不同教育类型,具有同等重要地位。基于对川南J市的职业教育调研发现,J市贯彻落实"职教20条"仍面临"职业院校办学条件差、服务能力弱、职业教育发展的合(活)力不够"等突出问题。调研提出,J市应加强财政投入,解决职业院校发展短板;创新体制机制,引导职业院校加强内涵建设;以加强党的建设为保证,提升职业教育现代治理能力。

According to Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform,vocational education provides powerful support of talents and intelligence for the economic and social development of our country. It is a different educational type from general education,but both have the same important status.Based on the research findings of vocational education in J city of South Sichuan,the implementation of"20 vocational education articles"still faces the problems of"poor school running conditions,weak service ability and insufficient cooperation( vitality) in the development of vocational education". The research results suggest that the city should increase financial investment to solve the shortage of vocational colleges,innovate the system and mechanism,guide vocational colleges to strengthen the connotation construction,and enhance the modern management ability of vocational education with the guarantee of strengthening the construction of the party.
