十堰中心城区人居环境品质评价与提升对策研究

Research on the Quality Evaluation and Improvement Countermeasures of Human Settlements in Shiyan Central City

提升中心城区人居环境品质是十堰城市发展规律的必然要求,是对接《汉江生态经济带发展规划》的需要,是响应"一心两翼三高地"发展战略的选择。在借鉴国内外城市人居环境研究的基础上,尝试提出十堰中心城区人居环境评价指标体系。根据指标体系,客观研判十堰中心城区的人居环境的优势与不足,提出优化居住条件、生态环境、公共设施、经济水平、市民素质提出的对策。

Improving the human settlements quality in Shiyan central city is the inevitable requirement of urban development law,the need of docking the"development plan of Hanjiang Ecological Economic Belt"and the choice of responding to the development strategy of " one center,two wings and three highlands". Based on the study of urban human settlements at home and abroad,this paper tries to put forward the evaluation index system of human settlements in Shiyan central city. According to the index system,this paper objectively studies the advantages and disadvantages of the living environment in Shiyan central city and puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the living conditions,ecological environment,public facilities,economic level and citizens’ quality.
