椎体成形术分次灌注骨水泥联合仙林骨葆胶囊治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的疗效

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Osteoporotic Vertebral CompressionFracture with Perfusion of Bone Cement and Xianlin Gubao Capsule inVertebroplasty

目的观察椎体成形术分次灌注骨水泥联合仙林骨葆胶囊治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的疗效。方法选取2014年1月至2018年4月淮安市洪泽区人民医院收治的140例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组70例。对照组患者给予椎体成形术分次灌注骨水泥,观察组在对照组的基础上给予仙林骨葆胶囊口服。比较两组的各项指标。结果术后1个月,观察组视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI评分)、椎体后凸Cobb角均低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组日常生活能力量表(ADL)、骨折恢复率、骨密度均高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1年,两组骨折再发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后2年,观察组的骨折再发率高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论椎体成形术分次灌注骨水泥联合仙林骨葆胶囊治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折具有良好疗效,显著提高患者生活质量及脊柱功能,增强骨密度,降低骨折再发率。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of vertebroplasty with bone cement perfusion combined with Xianlin Gubao capsule in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.Methods Totally 140 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture admitted to Huai'an Hongze District People's Hospital from January 2014 to April 2018 were randomLy divided into control group and observation group,with 70 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given vertebroplasty and bone cement was instillated.On the basis of the control group,patients in the observation group were given Xianlin Gubao capsule orally.Compare the indicators of the two groups.Results VAS score,ODI score and Cobb Angle of kyphosis in the observation group were all compared to the control group 1 month after surgery(P<0.05).The ADL score,fracture recovery rate and bone mineral density in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).One year after operation,there was significant difference in the recurrence rate of fractures between the two groups(P<0.05).Two years after surgery,the rate of fracture recurrence in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture by split-perfusion of bone cement combined with Xianlin Gubao capsule has a good curative effect,and can significantly improve the quality of life and spinal function,enhance bone density,and reduce the recurrence rate of fracture.
