老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定治疗对髋关节功能的改善效果

Improvement of Hip Function in Elderly Patients with IntertrochantericFracture Treated with Proximal Femoral Anti-Rotating Intramedullary NailFixation

目的分析老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)内固定治疗对髋关节功能的改善效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年10月吴川市人民医院收治的60例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方案分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组行人工髋关节置换术;试验组行PFNA内固定治疗。对比分析两组患者手术治疗情况,统计并发症发生情况,观察髋关节功能改善情况。结果试验组手术时间、术中出血量、术后卧床时间与骨折愈合时间均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组Haris评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用PFNA内固定的疗效确切,能够改善患者的髋关节功能。

Objective To analyze the effect of proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA)internal fixation on hip joint function in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Methods A total of 60 cases of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture in Wuchuan People's Hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research object,30 cases of artificial hip replacement were selected as the control group,and 30 cases of PFNA internal fixation were selected as the experimental group.Comparative analysis of the two groups of patients with surgical treatment,statistics of complications,observation of hip joint function improvement.Results In the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative bed rest time and fracture healing time,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Harris score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PFNA internal fixation is effective in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture,which can improve the hip joint function of patients.
